How to Buy USDT Using Telegram Wallet: A Step-by-Step Guide

Telegram Wallet is a secure and convenient platform for purchasing USDT on a P2P network. It enables quick and safe cryptocurrency exchanges through Telegram’s familiar interface.

 Step 1: Install and Register on Telegram

Download Telegram from the App Store or Google Play. To register, enter your mobile phone number.

Step 2: Setting Up Telegram Wallet

Access the Telegram Wallet directly through the settings menu by clicking the wallet icon. The wallet interface is intuitive and displays your transaction history below the list of assets.

Step 3: Completing KYC Verification

Before you can purchase USDT, you need to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Telegram Wallet offers a three-tier KYC system: Basic Level, Extended, and Advanced.

 

Verification Levels and Limits:

 

  • Basic Level:

 

Crypto deposit limit: €3,500/day, €35,000/month

Card purchase limit: €300/day, €5,000/month

P2P transactions: Sales only

 

 

  • Extended Level:

 

Crypto deposit limit: €100,000/day, €1,000,000/month

Card purchase limit: €10,000/day, €25,000/month

P2P market purchase limit: €100,000/day, €1,000,000/month

 

  • Advanced Level:

 

No limits on deposits, purchases, or P2P transactions

There are no withdrawal limits for any verification level, and P2P sales are unrestricted for the Basic Level.

 

How to Obtain the Basic Level:

 

  • Go to the Wallet settings by clicking the gear icon.
  • Select "Identification Level" to start the KYC process.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions:

 

1.Agree to the terms by checking the confirmation box and clicking "Confirm and Continue."

2. Provide your phone number, name, and date of birth as required.

  • Submit the form to complete Basic KYC.

Step 4: Purchase USDT on the P2P Market

To buy USDT:

 

  1. Click the “+Top Up” button on the main screen. You’ll see several options, including bank card, express purchase, P2P Market, and wallet transfer.
  2. Select P2P Market, the easiest and most flexible method for user-to-user trading.

Using the P2P Market:

 

  1. 1. Click on Buy

Adjust the filters at the top of the screen:

 

  • Method: How you’ll transfer fiat currency to the seller.
  • Verification: The seller’s KYC level.
  • Currency: The fiat currency for the transaction.
  • Crypto: USDT.

2. Browse available offers. Each listing shows:

  • Price per USDT
  • Seller's trade success rate and number of transactions
  • Available USDT amount
  • Minimum and maximum transaction limits
  • Payment methods

 

3.  Choose an offer that suits your needs and click Buy.

4. Enter the amount of fiat currency you wish to use and click Buy again.

Completing the Purchase:

  • Enter the amount of fiat currency you’ll pay and click “Buy.”

  • Confirm the transaction details and click “Create Order.”

  • Wait for the seller to confirm the trade. Once confirmed, their payment details will appear.
  • Transfer the specified amount to the seller, then click “I made a payment.”

  • Upload the bank receipt by clicking “Choose File,” and then select “Confirm and Send.

  • Wait for the seller to verify receipt of the payment. Once confirmed, the USDT will be credited to your balance.

 

Congratulations! You’ve successfully purchased USDT. You can now transfer it to another wallet, an exchange, or use it directly for purchases.
