Yet on-chain trackers keep flagging EF-linked conversions to stablecoins (e.g., 5,000 ETH -> DAI in April 2026), fueling claims the "we've stopped selling" narrative isn't real.
- This event resolves YES if an EF wallet converts or sells any amount of ETH to a stablecoin (e.g., USDC, DAI, USDT) on-chain on or before 2026-08-21 23:59 UTC.
- This event resolves NO if no such conversion is recorded by the deadline.
- 1. Specificity: Any on-chain swap of ETH (or WETH) into a stablecoin counts as YES, regardless of size or method (direct swap, TWAP, DEX, or intermediary contract). A qualifying wallet must carry a public 'Ethereum Foundation' name tag on Etherscan and/or belong to Arkham's 'Ethereum Foundation' entity at resolution time.
- 2. Exclusion: Staking, restaking, lending deposits, ETH-to-ETH moves, transfers between EF wallets, and OTC/CEX deposits that are not on-chain ETH->stablecoin swaps do NOT count. Conversions by non-EF wallets do NOT count.
- 3. Source Hierarchy: Etherscan (etherscan.io) primary. Arkham Intelligence (arkm.com) secondary. Reputable crypto media (The Block, CoinDesk) tertiary.
- 4. Timing: Any individual on-chain fill timestamped between 2026-07-24 00:00 UTC and 2026-08-21 23:59 UTC counts, even if a TWAP order was initiated before the window. Fills after the deadline do NOT count.
- 5. Cancellation Rule: Not applicable (this tracks an on-chain action, not a feature addition). Resolution is based on the first qualifying on-chain conversion within the window.
